7/10/2019 I've been seeing this place pop up on my Yelp app for quite some time now, and I finally got to give it a try. We showed up here at around 10:00am on a Friday morning. It was already quite busy, and we were quoted a wait time of 20-25 minutes. They will text you when you're getting to the top of the list, and again when your table is ready. I had no idea that this was a DDD restaurant until I looked at the wall with the Guy mural on it. The service was amazing as was the food. My husband ordered the short rib Benedict and he made short work of it. He said that it was delicious. I went with the regular Benedict and it too was amazing. The thing that sets them apart is that each element of these dishes are clearly made in-house. From the super crispy English muffin, the light but tasty hollandaise sauce, the perfectly poached eggs, my dish had a super thick piece of pork belly bacon, and my husbands a generous amount of braised short rib. My husband ordered the fruit cup as his side and it was a work of art. Beautiful! I had hash browns and they were crispy without being too greasy. The Bloody Mary was legit, and the coffee and juice were also on point. We will definitely be back.
